Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
Can I change my order once I've placed it?
No, once you place an order it's final.
We accept Master Card, Visa and American Express.
When will my package arrive?
The processing time for orders is 1-2 business days before being picked up by the shipper. Afterwards the delivery time within the United States is 3-7 business days and 10-20 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that this time may vary during holidays. Thank you for being patient.
We will do everything we can to ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely manner but once your order leaves our facility we are no longer responsible for the package.

What method is used for shipping?
All packages are shipping through USPS.
Please read item descriptions thoroughly before purchasing. If you believe there to be an error in regards to your purchase, please contact us within the first 7 days upon receiving your order by CLICKING HERE. We value our customers and will try our best to resolve any issues.
If you would like to return your order, please contact us within the first 7 days upon receiving your order.
There will be a 15% restocking fee for returns.
All reduced priced items sold are Final and cannot be returned.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
We only accept returns for items purchased through our website.
Your order must be unused and in the original packaging.
Merchandise must not be worn, or used in any manner.
All merchandise must be returned in the original undamaged packaging with no signs of wear.
Shipping charges will be at the expense of the customer.
We cannot provide a return label for shipping. Please use your own shipping method.
