How long have you been painting?

Since April of 2014. I am a member of the Chelmsford Center for the Arts, Whistler House Museum of Art, Nashua Area Artists Association and have exhibited at several art shows throughout Massachusetts and New York.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No.

 

Shipping

When will my package arrive?

The processing time for orders is 1-2 business days before being picked up by the shipper. Afterwards the delivery time within the United States is 3-7 business days. Please keep in mind that this time may vary during holidays. Shipping time varies on all orders depending on destination. 

We will do everything we can to ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely manner but once your order leaves our facility we are no longer responsible for the package. 

To find out more information on where your order is, please use the tracking number we provide. You'll be able to track your package by using the Shipping Confirmation email that we send as soon as your order begins its journey. Please allow 2 business days to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order. 

 

What method is used for shipping?

All packages are shipping through USPS.

 

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Contact within 14 Days:
In the event of any discrepancies or issues with your order, please contact us including your order number, within 14 days of receiving it. We are committed to resolving problems promptly.

Final Sale on Reduced Priced Items:
All items sold at reduced prices are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Eligibility:
Returns are accepted only for items purchased through our website.
The returned item must be unused and in its original packaging.

All merchandise must be returned in the original undamaged packaging.

Refunds: 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

Customer's Shipping Responsibility:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges. Please use your preferred shipping method, as we cannot provide a return label.

Non-Refundable Shipping and Handling:
Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Right to Refuse Returns:
